Toy giveaway 2015 – FlyerToy giveaway 2015 - Flyer-page-001

Johnny Marines – The Blessing Foundation has partnered with the Lower East Side Sports Academy (LESSA) to provide five-hundred underprivileged youth residents of the Lower East Side with toys this Christmas.

We invite you to come help us hand out toys at our Christmas Toy Giveaway!

On December 23, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, we will be at Henry Street Settlement Boys and Girls Republic (BGR) 888 East 6th Streetas we give away toys and bring cheer to kids in need.  BGR is located in the heart of New York City Housing Authority’s lower east side housing projects where many underprivileged kids reside.  Many of these kids come from low-income and single parent families and may otherwise not receive toys this Christmas.

At the event, we will be joined by special guests Johnny Marines (Manager of Romeo Santos & Aventura), Lenny Santos (Aventura), Max Santos (Aventura), and Dellin Betances (NY Yankees) at Henry Street’s Boys and Girls Republic (BGR) as we give away toys and bring cheer to kids in need.

If you are interested in attending the event, please let us know at your earliest convenience so we may be sure to make arrangements to include you in the handing out of toys to the kids.

Johnny Marines grew up in Lower East Side low-income house development, New York City Housing Authority.  After spending time as a police officer for NYPD, he went on to become an American music executive for the Latin American group Aventura and Romeo Santos.  Utilizing his success, Johnny founded the Johnny Marines Blessing Foundation, through which he has continually given back to the Lower East Side and New York community.
